His experience includes: assisting a school to adopt a knowledge management system, creating policies and strategies to improve school efficiency and student learning.
Paul has been recognised as one of the most effective teachers in raising standards in high performing students.
He was a leading teacher at a high-performance school, where he created a winning
culture for national competitions.
He set up the first computer lab at Queen Mary’s College, Basingstoke, UK and ensured it was gender-friendly so as to encourage girls to also attend.
Paul is also the award-winning designer of a wildlife conservation course, and he also designed lessons where the student outcome was amongst the best in the region.
He has set up a faculty from scratch, and gained local and regional recognition for his efficacy.
